Please note: We’re not able to award points for purchases made through other vendors or websites.

Points can’t be transferred between accounts, but if you need assistance, just reach out — we’re always happy to help however we can!

Okkto Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

I. General Terms

1. Membership Eligibility

The Okkto Rewards Program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and residents of the United States. Each member is limited to one account. By participating, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Earning and Using Points

• Points are earned on qualifying purchases and accumulate over time.
• Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
• Points are not valid for resale, transfer, or third-party use.

3. Rewards Redemption

Points can be redeemed for rewards as specified by Okkto, Inc.

• Reward availability may change at any time.
• Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

4. Product-Specific Exclusions

Some products may be excluded from redemption. Okkto, Inc. reserves the right to designate specific items as ineligible for rewards use.

5. Reward Codes

Reward codes are single-use only.

• Codes will not be reissued if a purchase is canceled or refunded.
• Used codes are not reactivated once applied.

6. Fair Use Policy

Unfair use or abuse of the rewards system may result in account suspension or removal from the program. Prohibited behavior includes (but is not limited to):

• Exploiting bugs or errors.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Creating multiple accounts per individual.
• Any deceptive or dishonest activity.

Okkto, Inc. reserves the right to determine what constitutes unfair use at its sole discretion.

7. Program Changes & Termination

Okkto, Inc. may modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice. This includes:

• Changing point values or reward structures.
• Revoking, expiring, or adjusting point balances.

8. Limitation of Liability

Okkto, Inc. is not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from participation in the rewards program.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

Member data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Members are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in U.S. courts.
