Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy. If 7 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sealed, and in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition will not be accepted. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@okkto.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your return amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged items or other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like posters, certain limited edition products, or any other items we specify. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@okkto.com. Exchanges are based on availability.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
