Shipping policy
Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout. Orders are typically shipped out within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise noted) and sent via the requested shipping rate and service. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information upon successful checkout. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and shipping location. Please allow for additional time during peak holiday periods.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available to many countries and territories. Okkto DOES NOT collect Duty / VAT directly and therefore those fees are not included in your order total. In some cases, these duties and customs fees are collected by the carrier. Customers will be responsible to pay for any VAT, duties, brokerage fees, and/or import taxes levied upon shipments at the time of import. VAT / import taxes / fees / duties are always the responsibility of the customer.
Reminder: USPS First-Class Package International service does not offer any insurance. Please choose an appropriate service that best protects your collectibles while in transit. Priority and Priority Express do offer appropriate levels of insurance in the event of an issue during shipping.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Okkto is not responsible for shipping information that was entered incorrectly. If you make a mistake when entering your shipping address, please contact us at support@okkto.com immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your order. Okkto is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If required, we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee to correct address mistakes made by the customer.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a shipment leaves Okkto's possession, we are no longer responsible for the item. If a package arrives damaged, please immediately contact support@okkto.com with a detailed description of the damage and photos. Okkto may help facilitate an insurance claim with the carrier if you choose a shipping method with insurance. If you choose a shipping method without insurance, our support team will review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps, if any.
Damaged packages do not qualify for a refund or replacement by Okkto. The Okkto support team may offer refunds or replacements at their sole discretion.

LOST PACKAGES
Okkto is not responsible for lost packages, and we will not replace or refund orders lost by the shipping provider. Once an item has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, it is no longer our property. The carrier assumes full responsibility for the shipment, including any loss, damage, or delivery issues. We provide tracking information to monitor the status of your order, but we cannot be held liable for any discrepancies. We recommend choosing a shipping service that includes insurance to cover any items lost by the shipping provider.
If your package tracking shows it has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office as soon as possible to try to recover the package. Local offices often have more information and can be more helpful in recovering misplaced shipments.
If you feel your package went missing in transit, you can also look up package status, submit a help request, or initiate a mail search request.

REFUSED PACKAGES
Okkto does not refund shipping charges for packages refused by customers. Any orders returned to us will be canceled and refunded minus shipping charges.
