Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout. Orders will be shipped out within 5 business days and sent via the requested shipping rate and service. International customers are responsible to pay Duty and VAT directly to the carrier at the time of delivery or via bill afterward. Okkto DOES NOT collect Duty / VAT directly and therefore those fees are not included in your order total. If a package is refused due to import fees and duties, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees that the carrier will charge Okkto to return the package.
